What is the Marriage Enrichment Course?
The Marriage Enrichment Course, produced by Holy Trinity Brompton, is designed to help build healthy marriages that last a lifetime.
Over seven evenings, spent together, couples find out new things about each other and themselves. Each evening couples will be served with soft drinks and a pudding as they arrive, then each couple sit at their own table for the video talks. These cover subjects such as, the art of communication, resolving conflict, the power of forgiveness and love in action. Often these issues can get lost in the rush of daily life, but the course gives us time to look at them. It supplies practical tools to build a strong and happy marriage. Each couple’s privacy is completely respected and there is no group discussion or need for couples to share anything with anyone else.
You may think that to commit to seven Friday evenings just now is too much, but marriage is the most important relationship in your life and, in the context of the rest of your life, the time spent on the course really is a worthwhile investment.
Registration Cost is £15 per couple, for the whole course, and application forms may be had from Barry & Chris Lowden (01395 516028). Places will be limited to ten couples.
